Each member of the community during his life would change. Changes in the nature of each community is different. These differences occur because of different situations and conditions among people with one another community. Change can be related to social values, norms, behaviors, organizations, community institutions and the composition of layers in society.

Changes in society has indeed been around since ancient times. With the advances in technology and communications are going very fast changes. Changes occur because of incompatible elements of the old with the condition of society lives. Another change occurred between the elements of language, systems of knowledge and technology, social organization, and culture.

Habits become a source of rules for life in society and customs need not always be adhered to by all the inhabitants of a territory of the state, there is also a local custom. Habits of this region done by the residents of an area. When a habit that has been considered an act that can not be changed just like that, then here arises a habit of law is the law.

This common law can become a tradition of a society where it has been a tradition handed down in an area so that the adhered by the community and if there was a violation will be sanctioned with rules erring.

A culture was created because there are good habits in thought and in doing repeatedly by the local community. Culture is the things that concerned with the reason or sense. It can be concluded that culture is a form of idea or ideas that are applicable to later in an act and produce something that can be felt by the hearts and minds by humans that is obtained by studying after it had become a guideline in community life.

Indigenous culture of a region can change because some of the elements that influence is as follows
  1. Language: man has always experienced changes in both words and sentences that come from the regional language and foreign language
  2. Knowledge systems: the existing knowledge of additions and development of existing knowledge.
  3. Technology: Technology is one of the most sensitive elements of culture change.
  4. System of social organization: the system undergoes a change from time to time in order to create order of social life.
  5. Art: cultural change in the elements of art can be seen on developments in the field of arts. For example there with the tools of preparation resulted in the emergence of tone new creations in the field of music.
